MotiSure Limited (“MOTISURE”) is a technology company based in Nairobi, Kenya whose mission is to conveniently insure mobility users.

This Privacy Notice applies to the website located at https://motisure.com By accessing and using the website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure by MotiSure of your information as described in this Privacy Notice.

Service Providers (Google Analytics)

We will not share or sell your information for marketing purposes. We share certain personal information with our partners and providers in order to run our service and to resolve an incident and to assist MotiSure in analyzing how our service is used.

MotiSure takes precautions to protect your information by putting in place administrative, technical, organizational safeguards to avoid the un authorized access of your personal information.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Despite these safeguards in place, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any information you transmit via our online channels, as the internet is not an entirely secure place.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our service. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents Google Analytics from sharing information with Google Analytics about your visits activity.

At MotiSure we use cookies to understand how our site is used which helps us to improve your overall online experience. the right to rectify or amend inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
the right to object to processing of your Personal Data if there are compelling legitimate grounds to do so and to the extent permitted by law or regulation.

PART 9: CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

As MotiSure develops and subsequently reviews it’s data protection practices in the process, we may need to update this Notice. As such, MotiSure reserves the right to amend this Notice from time to time. However, no matter what we change, we will always maintain our commitment to protecting your privacy. We will post all revisions, along with their effective dates. This may be done by sending you a notification that the Notice has been updated.
